Like the captain of a ship, the Conductor is in charge
of the safe operation of the train.
The Conductor and the Assistant Conductor
collect all tickets, sell tickets and
accommodation upgrades on board, and ensure that
passengers board and detrain safely.

Offers personalized service such as
turning down your bed,
bringing your daily paper and individual toiletries,
and making up your room in the morning.

the Service Attendants to assure
